AMAZING CHRISTMAS..to say the least.

first and most exciting..we got SNOW (see previous post)!!!!!  chance did so well with my gifts.  i am so proud of him and i am overjoyed with what he's done for me.  i have an awesome husband!!  i think i can safely say that chance was happy with his stuff too.  here are some pictures from our christmas day!

we had our "christmas dinner" at fogo de chao and it was amazing.  we're thinking of making it a tradition.

twenty two

ok..so i am no longer allowed to drink alcohol because i am no longer legal.  HAHA!!  (i don't drink anyways)  i am twenty two as of three days ago.  chance and i were in san antonio for my birthday, but my parents were both sick.  yuck!  so we didn't do too much exciting stuff.  chance and i went to chesters, with one of my best friends, kayla and her boyfriend, brett.  then we went back to my parent's house and hung out for the afternoon.  colton had a band concert that night, so we did that and went to alamo cafe afterwards.  i got really smart and signed up on a bunch or restaurants websites for free stuff on my birthday.  sure enough, i got an e-mail for a free appetizer at texas roadhouse, a free dessert at chili's, free ice cream at coldstone and baskin robins and free dinner at benihana.  i haven't been feeling all that well the last few days, but last night i was feeling a bit better, so chance took me to benihana for one of my free birthday dinners and it was AMAZING!!  :)  i love him so much..he's been so awesome to me!  benihana took this cute picture of us at our table and gave it to us since it was my "birthday".

chance and i placed membership at the legacy church of christ in north richland hills, texas on march 29, 2009.  our church is coming out with an updated photo directory and chance and i had our picture done for it right before thanksgiving.  i think it turned out really cute!  :)

christmas decorations

i am so excited about my decorations this year.  we actually got a 6.5' tree and it's gorgeous, if i do say so myself.  my mom gave me a couple of her decorations to start me out.  enjoy!

these two things match my placemats and tree skirt.  thanks mom!
